How much ice do I need for my event?
Your ice needs can depend on many factors. To get a good estimate go to our home page and try our easy to use ice estimator.
If your event will be especially long or involve lots of outdoor activity, you may want to consider increasing the order by 30-50%.
How much in advance do I have to call if I need emergency ice?
The earlier you call the better. However, our goal is to fulfill most emergency orders within 60-90 minutes.
Our minimum order is 8 – 50 pound bags.
Do you have special requirements?
No, we delivery to residential and commercial addresses.
Do I need to contact someone particular for special events?
You can simply go to our Orders page and fill in the information to request a quote. A representative should be in touch with you within an hour or two during regular business hours.
I need a box for my event. Are you able to provide this?
Yes, we provide 2 door ice boxes similar to what you see outside of many gas stations. We also provide refrigerated trucks and trailers for large events.

Over the years we have heard about some creative ideas our customers have used to store ice and keep drinks cold. Try one of these for your upcoming event to save some money:
- A clean large trash can with holes drilled in to the bottom
- Inside of a washing machine
- Bed of a pick-up truck
For events, is there a minimum ice purchase?
Our regular minimum order applies, which is 8 – 50 pound bags.
We have a 3 stage filtration process to remove any physical, chemical, and biological contaminants.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Credit Card (Visa, AMEX, Discover), Check, M/O
Can I organize a field trip to your facility for my youth or school group?
Due to potential safety concerns, we no longer allow visitors inside our facility.
